15. Combat Drill 1
Standing strikes, takedown, ground fighting, submission armbar
16. Total Confusion
Upper jab – Low vertical punch – up Right hook – low Left kick
17. Fake Round Kick
Fake round kick change guard and straight punch – opposite leg low kick
18. Fake Jab
Fake Jab, surprise uppercut, hook, knee strike
19. 360 block and reach 3 minutes conversation
20. Yellow belt 10 strikes drill
