1. Defense against chokes (strangulation):

2.Defense against a choke from the side ending with fingers lock or strike to sternu
3.Bear hug defense:
open from the front with head straight
open from the front with head to the side

4.Bear hug defense from the side
5.Bear hugs from the rear:

6. Guillotine defense from the side
7. Guillotine defense from the front
8. Defense against guillotine open and closed from the back (rear choke)
9 Defense against wrist grabs

Both hands from front

10. Defense against hair garb:
a) strikes to the groin and then ascending to the upper body of the opponent
b) Joints control
11. Defense against Full Nelson
a) With throw
b) With finger wrench
12. Defending against neck grab clinch with both hands
13. Defense against the Wall
