Know the body and control your opponent

2 Days of training learning and mastering how to use pressure points that really work in real life so you can control your opponent  


1. Chin (Rub)
Drill grappling and execute

2. Under the nose
Push in and run down

3. Front Jaw hole (mental nerve)
Push in and down and rotate the head

4. Front Rear Jaw Triple warmer 17
Push down 45 degrees angle

5. Front Neck Stomach point #9
6. Throat pocket
Push in and down lock into the sternum. The nerve is behind the collarbone

7, Side neck Large Intestine 18

8. Above the Hip bone Gold bladder 26
Use palm to push down, or knuckle, or fist or forearm

9. Above the Hip bone Gold bladder 25 and 23
Kidney area push down

10. Above the knee
Rub down

11. Above the calves Gold Bladder 34
Opposite leg will go down with strike or pressure

12. Take down nose

from back

13. Head Take Downs
a) Forearm take down triangle

b) Neurological shock strike Side neck

c) Neurological shock strike rear neck
d) Forearm Drag
e) Take down head control (Drill groin strike head)

14. Fred Mastro's handshake

18. Biceps take down

19. Thumb handshake take down

20. Clavicle pockets level 2

21. Side Knee

22 Side leg

23. Posterior Hand
Knuckle punch exterior pericardium

24. Lung 5 Below the elbow joint

25. Large intestine 10 and 11
Outside the forearm on the muscles.
On the cubital crease, on the radial side of the tendon biceps brachii. For practical reasons we press them together at the same time. This strike is a continuation of Lung 5 pressure point.

26. Large Intestine 12
Between the Biceps and the forearm, the pocket area above the elbow
Push in and down
